These original descants by Jeff Whitmill are offered for your use, free of charge. You can look them over as graphics, then download them for printing and copying. I only ask that you retain the copyright information on them when you make copies for your choir. PLEASE NOTE: The PDFs are optimized for print - the hard copies will look better than what you see onscreen.
I always like to begin a church service with a rousing hymn of praise, with the sopranos adding a descant on the last stanza. That's where these came from - they've all been used in church services before. I'm in the process of preparing all the descants I've done, so if what you want isn't here, please check back soon. Or, if you're really in a pinch, drop a line to me here: jeff@whitmill.net. I may have it sitting around here already and could move it up in the queue. Enjoy!
Search our database - Currently having problems - it's lopping off the first tune of any set returned. If you're searching for a single title, it may tell you it found one, but won't provide a link. I'm working to resolve the issue. Right now you may find it faster/easier to just BROWSE through the list. |

| Click on the title of a hymn to see more detail. Click on a column header to sort the list by that column. NOTE: If you have problems downloading or printing, please e-mail me at jeff@whitmill.net. I can e-mail you any descants you want; that seems to work for some platforms/printers. |
