We currently have a choral introit and five SATB anthems available for sale with online delivery. Once you make a purchase, we e-mail you the piece as a PDF file (or multiple files, if there are, for instance, separate instrumental parts); you're entitled to make as many copies as you need for performance by your group. You're not authorized to resell the piece or give copies of it away, but you knew that, anyway. ITEMS FOR SALE (electronic delivery) IN FACE OF ALL THIS (SATB Chorus, Organ, Brass Octet) - A triumphant setting including Paul's magnificent passage at the end of Romans 8: "Neither death, nor life, nor messenger of Heaven... nor anything in God's whole world" can come between us and the love of God in Christ. With a brass octet augmenting the SATB choir and organ, this is a powerful musical rendering of the assurance of God's love. IN THE WINTER OF THE YEAR (SATB Chorus, Piano) - An original text for Advent has been set to a melody reminiscent of English folk music. This SATB work has been enthusiastically received around the country. LIBERA NOS (SATB Chorus, Acoustic Guitar) - "Deliver us, Lord" - easily the most beautiful single work I've ever written. SATB Chorus and acoustic guitar combine for a magical moment of serenity. Your congregation will love you for this one. PSALM 23 (SATB Chorus, Piano, Bb Soprano Saxophone) - A folklike melody and a soprano sax right off Bourbon Street combine surprisingly for a marvelous new SATB (with piano) setting of George Herbert's paraphrase of the Bible's most famous Psalm. Several groups have now presented this work, and it's going over very well. PSALM 96 (SATB Chorus, Organ, Brass Octet, Timpani) - O sing to the Lord a new song! begins this dramatic, soaring setting of one of the most exuberant Psalms of praise. Perfect for Music Sunday, Missions Sunday or anytime you want to light up the congregation with a brilliant festival piece. BEHOLD THE LAMB (SATB Chorus, Organ) - A simple Choral Introit based on John 1:29: "Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world." A single page, just under 1 minute long. Perfect for Lent or Good Friday. The free descants here previously will appear here again, but we need to concentrate on the revenue side of things first. In the interim, we're sending instructions for how to access the descants to anyone who purchases one of the pieces offered here. That won't be a permanent requirement, but it's what we need to do while we're focusing on generating income. |
